6. Products, pricing, enquiries and orders
Tile & Decor Mart is a showroom and retailer of tiles, bathroomware, taps, sanitaryware and décor. Where products are displayed, quoted, enquired about, reserved or sold — whether in our showroom or through this website:
- Prices are shown or quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Where our online catalogue is enquiry-based, pricing is confirmed on request. We may change prices at any time before an order is accepted.
- Product descriptions and images are for illustration; actual items — including tile colour, shade, size and finish — may vary slightly between batches. We aim to describe products as accurately as possible.
- A product enquiry or online order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract of sale comes into effect only once we accept and confirm your order or quote.
- Availability is not guaranteed and stock is subject to prior sale; if an item is unavailable we will notify you and refund any payment made for that item.
- You may be entitled to cancel, return or receive a refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002.
